1. アプリの販売形式および決済情報

当アプリは購入時に一度のみお支払いいただく「売り切り（買い切り型）アプリ」です。アプリ内課金やサブスクリプション（月額課金）等の追加料金は一切発生いたしません。また、決済処理はすべて Google Play の安全なシステムを介して行われ、当アプリがユーザーのクレジットカード情報や決済情報を直接取得・保存することはございません。

2. 収集する情報および利用目的

当アプリでは、モールス通信機能（光・音の自動解析）を提供するために、以下の端末権限を使用します。

① カメラ権限 (android.permission.CAMERA)

• 使用目的: カメラ映像の中央領域における「光の点滅（輝度変化）」をリアルタイムで解析し、モールス信号を解読するために使用します。
• データ取り扱い: カメラ映像は端末内でのリアルタイム解析のみに使用され、画像や動画として保存されたり、外部サーバーへ送信されることは一切ありません。

② マイク権限 (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO)

• 使用目的: マイクから入力された音響信号から「1kHzのトーン音波」をリアルタイムで検出し、モールス信号を解読するために使用します。
• データ取り扱い: 音声データは端末内でのリアルタイム周波数解析のみに使用され、音声ファイルとして保存されたり、外部サーバーへ送信されることは一切ありません。

3. 個人情報の第三者提供

当アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を取得・保存せず、第三者に提供・開示することは一切ありません。

4. 免責事項

当アプリの利用によって生じた直接的・間接的な損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。

• Data Handling: Camera frames are processed strictly in real-time on your local device. No photos or videos are stored, recorded, or transmitted to any external servers.

(2) Microphone Permission (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO)

• Purpose: Used to detect 1kHz audio tone signals in real-time to decode acoustic Morse code signals.
• Data Handling: Audio input is processed strictly in real-time on your local device for frequency analysis. No audio recordings are saved, stored, or transmitted to any external servers.

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information with third parties.
